Barbara is the 5th colorway in the 5 Swans Series.
When I was a kid I spent a lot of my summers in West Virginia. I either stayed at my Grandfather's house or at my Aunt Barbara's and Uncle Shag's.
They always welcomed us home. Aunt Barbara envelopes you when she hugs you. All the love she has for you is poured into that hug.
She has left such an impact on her family, but also her community. My Aunt Barbara was once the mayor of her town, and she continues to be active in her community.
Thank you for letting me share my Aunt Barbara with you.
60% US Sourced non- superwash Merino 30% NY State Romney10% Nylon
400 yards / 100g per skein
Recommended Needle Size: US 1 - 3
Recommended Hook Size: B - 1 to E - 4
Gauge: 7 - 8 sts per inch
All of our skeins are dyed with Professional Acid Dyes and citric acid. I thoroughly rinse all skeins. Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, some light bleeding may occur during your first soak / wash.
One of the beautiful things about hand dyeing is that no two skeins will look exactly alike, and while they are very similar, there will be some variation. I recommend getting enough skeins for your project at the time of purchase. I also recommend alternating skeins every couple of rows to avoid unwanted pooling.
Care: This is a non-superwash yarn, I highly recommend gentle hand washing in cool/cold water and drying flat.
Yarn is dyed in a pet friendly and smoke-free environment. All yarn is stored and processed separately from any animals.
