Image Description: 2 skeins of yarn, October’s Yarn Journeys Book Club, lay to the left of a hardcover book titled The Girl And The Wolf, and to the right is October’s Bookmark, in the shape of a smiling ghost. All lay on an ebony backdrop with flower and leaf cutouts. On the cover of the book is a brown skin child with black hair, in a red dress. Next to her is a beautiful grey wolf with black tipped ears. A blackbird flies in a dusk lit sky and there are trees and grasses around the girl and the wolf.

Yarns from left are from October’s Yarn Journeys Book Club.

GHOSTIES- A blue, turquoise base with speckles of orange, green and brown.

PHANTOM SONG- A purple base with orange speckles.

All of our skeins are dyed with Professional Acid Dyes and citric acid. I thoroughly rinse all skeins. Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, some light bleeding may occur during your first soak / wash.

One of the beautiful things about hand dyeing is that no two skeins will look exactly alike, and while they are very similar, there will be some variation. I recommend getting enough skeins for your project at the time of purchase. I also recommend alternating skeins every couple of rows to avoid unwanted pooling.

Care: While this is a superwash yarn, I highly recommend  hand washing in cool/cold water and drying flat.

Yarn is dyed in a pet friendly and smoke-free environment. All yarn is stored and processed separately from any animals.
